Benefit Manager Toolkit is an online program that allows easier access to insurance information
for dental offices, benefit managers and consumers.
Toolkit allows benefit managers to:
- access information regarding coverage details
- process transactions and billing details
- update and view
eligibility
To access this information, simply click on the Toolkit link, enter your member
number and birth date, select applicable relationship and log in. From there you
will have screen instructions directing you through Toolkit. Any further assistance
