Consumer Toolkit is an online program that allows easier access to insurance information for dental offices, benefit managers and consumers.

Consumers will find it easier to be able to view a variety of dental benefits-related information through Toolkit. This includes being able to:

• print member ID cards
• review and verify eligibility information
• review and check detailed individual coverage benefits and maximums
• review status of claims made and claim payments
• locate a participating dentist in the area

To access this information, simply click on the Toolkit link, enter your member number and birth date, select applicable relationship and log in.
